Our Philosophy

Our goal is to give excellent medical care to your children from infancy through high school graduation. We pride ourselves on our accessibility and giving you the support and understanding you will need to help you deal with the challenges of parenthood. Dr. Judd Shields, an acknowledged leader in the field of pediatrics, established our practice in the Jenkintown area in the 1950's. Our office has continued to grow since then under the guidance of Dr. John Ickler (retired, 1997) and Dr. Elaine McCombs (retired, 2004). We further expanded to another office in Jamison, Bucks County in 1999.
